Installed new 1” and 3/4 gas fitting for fryers Also installed new 3/4 quick disconnect hose for older unit Leak tested both units no leaks Also installed 1/2 ball valve on ice maker line Tested no leaks
Installed control board as quoted Installed new board and no operation,checked and found broken wire on splice behind Lise set .
Completed the following Cut dry wall to access failed rear hose bib. Cut and removed failed hose bib and replaced with new 4” frost free hose bib.
Arrived and installed new attic fan and roof shroud. Replaced attic fan and wired in to electrical.
Installed 2 new 1/2” laundry valves on downstairs washer box Testeded both No leaks
Installed 2 customer supplied lavatory faucets in master bath. Installed customer supplied shower valve and trim kit.
I arrived to the customer house upstairs master bathroom (water closet leaking through ceilingfind water closet leaking between fill valve and tubing line and made water damage dinning room ceiling replace ADA water closet toto drake white elongated complete with wax seal bolts supply line caulking base and shut off valve 1/2 Cpvc x 3/8
I arrived to the customer house x leaking in the basement ceiling laundry room above replace washing machine valves tested everything working ok not responsible water damage basement ceiling ( waited cpvc glue dry time) signed priority club service monthly
Replaced failed outside hose bib with new frost free hose bib. Tested
1. Checked for leak in dining room ceiling coming from master bath shower pan by testing the water running it for 30 minutes no leaks found at this time ........ 2. Repaired upstairs hall bathroom tub/shower faucet by replacing a Moen posi temp cartridge, And remove dip tube particles from water heater from pipe and shower valve .......
Arrived to find furnace not running due to failed hot surface igniter. Went and picked up part local. Replaced part and tested. Sequence of operations ok, all safeties and switches operable. System back online at this time.
Replace fill valve and toilet handle. Master bathroom toilet.
Helped troy upsell hydrojet, please add spiff or let me know what happened to call Also found brian s did not install a prv when he bored the new water service. Installed a new prv and asrd brian. Spoke with James about this Arrived to find customer stating water would back up in basement laundry sink. Pulled trap and snaked line about 40 foot. Pulled back grease and hair and lint. Reccommended moving washer over or extending discharge line to slop sink so they can put a lint sock on it to catch the lint. Troy was on site before I left and I believe he set up for a hydrojetting on Thursday.
